As Program Manager for Medical Specialists Associates, Brigitte oversees office operations, coordinates with patients and physicians, and strives to make each interaction a positive one. Brigitte joined MSA in June of 2016 and describes her experience of helping people as her dream job. Prior to joining MSA, Brigitte worked in medical billing and started her own billing company in 1997. She has a strong background in hospital patient financial services, Medicare billing for acute and critical access hospitals, and comprehensive scheduling. Brigitte prides herself in her incredible customer service, which she attributes to lessons learned through her Mary Kay business as an Independent Beauty Consultant. In fact, she describes having found a better version of herself through focusing on fulfilling other people’s needs. Through her training, she has attained education to enrich the lives of others and to develop and sustain relationships in our community and hospital clients. In her free time, you can find Brigitte on the golf course or at Jazzercise. She also volunteers at the Middletown Senior Center and is a board member of the Middletown Area Merchants Association. Brigitte is passionate about living a fulfilling life, giving back to those she meets, and providing unsurpassed service to our clients.
